Job Vacancy For Front Desk Executive



A reputable Transport & haulage company is calling for applications for the following position as a result of expansion in its operations.

Key Accountabilities

•   Maintain a safe and clean front office area and ensure that a receptive environment is created at the front office at all times
•   Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries
•   Direct and relay telephone messages to the appropriate recipients
•   Maintain the company's post office box, coordinate the pick up and delivery of express mail services
•   Open (where necessary), date-stamp and log all general correspondence and dispatch to the appropriate office
•   Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences and other events
•   Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
•   Assist, direct and usher visitors to the appropriate office
•   Provide administrative support to the HR department as may be required from time to time
•   Maintain first aid box and assist in administering first aid to staff as and when necessary

Qualification Required & Experience

•   An HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field with minimum of 2 years work experience.
