USAID/West Africa Programme

Creative Associates International is preparating for the implemention of USAID/West Africa's programme, Partnerships for Peace (P4P). The five-year programme will partner and consult with stakeholders at the regional, national and sub-national levels across several West African countries, to develop a shared foundational understanding of countering violent extremism (CVE) in the region. We are currently seeking a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's degree in international development, journalism, social science, economics etc.
•   Minimum 5 years work experience of which 3 are in field monitoring, evaluation design, empirical and statistical analysis, management information systems and/or information management design, knowledge of how SMS, social media, mobile technology can be used to generate data and how it can be collected, aggregated and analysed, prior experience with USAID or US government-funded projects, fluency in English and french.
