USAID/West Africa Programme

Creative Associates International is preparating for the implemention of USAID/West Africa's programme, Partnerships for Peace (P4P). The five-year programme will partner and consult with stakeholders at the regional, national and sub-national levels across several West African countries, to develop a shared foundational understanding of countering violent extremism (CVE) in the region. We are currently seeking a Procurement / Logistics Officer.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, finance etc.
•   Minimum of 4 years of work experience of which 2 are supporting procurement of goods and services and logistics on USAID or US government-funded programme, experience working with USAID or US government-funded projects. Strong knowledge of donor procurement rules and regulations, ability to solve challenging and complicaed logistical issues, experience with budgeting and cost analysis, ability to use and develop management and tracking systems, fluency in English required.
