DAC International Airlines Limited is establishing itself in Accra as an air charter services operator also providing related aviation support systems. We intend to deploy a growing fleet of aircrafts starting with the Bombardier Dash 8 series classics and the Q400.

Job Title: Chief Pilot

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University / college degree or certificate or relevant experience in an air transport related field

Professional Designation

•   Minimum requirements as outlined in Ghana civil aviation authority (GCAA) regulatory requirements for this post-holder position
•   Ghanaian ATPL with appropriate ratings for at least 1 of the aircraft used in the air operator certificate holders operation
•   Must qualify as defined by GCAA regulations to hold position

Knowledge, skills and abilities

•   Strong knowledge of GCAA regulations
•   Current operational training management / Supervisory training strong understanding of operational systems and processes as they relate to AOC requirements
•   Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:

•   Word processing, Databases, Spreadsheets, presentations, e-mail and internet

Experience

•   3,000 hours as a company PIC in a commercial air transport aircraft
•   5 years of progressive aviation management responsibility in similar sized organisation
