Job Vacancy For Financial Consultant



A licensed investment advisor is looking for a Financial Consultant to join its Corporate Advisory Services team.

Job Description

•   Dealing with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects, including sales mandates, buy mandates, financial modeling and related services
•   Working on various financial due diligence projects on both the buy and the sell-side, but also on business modelling projects.
•   Assessing project bankability, financing options for projects, creating financial models and managing financing processes
•   Conducting valuations of business and intangible assets for M&A and various purposes, as well as market research, cash flow projections, business plan reviews and business modeling
•   Assist clients with the following issues growth strategy, performance improvement, turnarounds, financial and operational restructuring
•   The incumbent will work as part of the team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients
•   He will also prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects and qualify those leads to the wider team at the company

Qualification Required & Experience

The position is for dynamic corporate finance enthusiasts with an eagerness to develop their skills & competences. In addition to a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other Business-related disciplines, the following requirements are necessary:

•   Proof of profound financial skills, knowledge about profit and loss, balance sheet and other financial information
•   Profound analytical skills that enable crisp summarisation of complex cases in clear and simple terms
•   Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
