Role

Responsible for planning, implementation and tracking of the short-term and long-term projects in support of the firm’s growth and profit objectives.

Responsibilities

•   Maintain project dashboard indicating current status of projects to support the Management’s Strategic Plan.
•   Define the requirements and scope of the project in collaboration with project sponsors and key stakeholders.
•   Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
•   Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
•   In consultation with the appropriate persons, recruit project team members with appropriate skills for the project activities.
•   Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
•   Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
•   Evaluate qualified vendors and consultants to work on projects as appropriate and ensure projects are implemented within contractual obligations.
•   Execute the project according to the project plan.
•   Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
•   Maintain detailed project plans and prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting specific productivity, quality, regulatory requirements and customer experience standards.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor’s Degree
•   PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
•   A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project development and execution.
•   Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
