Job Vacancy For Sales Coordinator



A reputable insurance company seeks the services of a Sales Coordinator for its Tema office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•   Prospect and sell life insurance products to clients.
•   Recruit, Train, retain and motivate life insurance sales agents to achieve and exceed targets.
•   Prepare accurate weekly, monthly reports on target performance
•   Ability to work towards achieving set goals and targets
•   Any other duties assigned by operational head.

Qualifications Required & Experience

•   Degree or Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing Qualification
•   1 - 3years working experience

Requirements

•   Must be computer literate
•   Must be arithmetically inclined
•   Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
•   Previous experience in life insurance sales is an added advantage
•   Applicants must live in and around ACCRA.

SALARY: GH¢ 1,000 to GH¢ 2,000 cedis

Location: Accra and Tema
