Scope

You will join the service network within Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology (SMRT), which supports aftermarket within Ghana and the West Africa sub-region. We are dedicated to helping our customers in achieving excellence in running their businesses. Proactive, service minded and technical expertise are the main characteristics describing the ideal candidate we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

•   Provide technical support to end users
•   Resolve and report any technical problems associated with product
•   Coordinate with Sales Support team on sales and services cases
•   Develop customer relationships to ensure customers remain loyal to the Sandvik brand
•   Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company values

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree - qualified engineer or trade background with experience working on a Mine
•   Strong equipment commissioning and diagnostic skills
•   Proven use of CAN bus machine systems & strong computer literacy
•   Experience working underground would be an added advantage
•   Must possess good written and oral communication skills
•   Must possess valid class E driving license

General

Successful applicants would be required to work at Sandvik sites in Ghana and in other West African Countries.
