Responsibilities:

• Credit Analysis Review: Reviews credit applications, identifies inherent financial risk, analyse customers financials, coordinate credit committee meetings.
• Ensure that credit process, policies and activities fall within the parameters of the organisation's policies and standards and appropriate legislation
• Ensure a proper credit administration, documentation and report frameworks are implemented.

Qualifications Required & Experience

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or Banking, other Professional qualifications (ICA/ACCA/CIB) will be an advantage
• A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the banking industry of which two (2) must have been at management level
• Ability to adapt to difficult working environment and to work under time and resource constraints
• Computer literate, especially in temenos 24 Banking Software with rural banking experience will be an added advantage
