Job Description

Qualification Required & Experience

Technical Skills

• 5+ years' experience in business industry or practice
• Functional/technical exposure to financial applications such as accounting and financial reporting systems
• Possess a solid understanding of Information Technology's strategic role within an organization
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to analyze large data sets
• Must be Innovative
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Emotional intelligence
• Must possess business acumen
• Professional experience, preferably Big 4 or equivalent

Educational and Academic Qualifications

• Excellent academic background, including both at a minimum a bachelor and a master degree in: Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
• Strong academic record including an advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Membership of an institute in Ghana or abroad (advantageous)
