General Responsibilities

• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy delighted to grow the business.
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
• Oversee marketing and sales,all functions as well as day to day operations(finance included) of the business.

Specific Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the infrastructure,equipment and service available to identify what needs to be done for operational readiness.
• Guidance for infrastructural development and building of the water productions facility including the placement of equipment,installation and commissioning of the plant.
• Develop documentation and facilitate,obtain Regulatory compliance for the operating,including FDA,GSA,EPA,etc
• Develop documentation for directing manufacturing operations,covering Quality.food safety,occupational safety and health and environmental management systems for its operations.
• Identify labour requirements for the facility and lead major recruitment activities for the facility as well develop job descriptions and assignment of roles for critical plant roles.
• Facilitate various training programs for staff to prepare them for production startup and implementation of the processes developed for effective operational management in the factory as required

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree from a recongnized university,preferably. a business related major.
• A master's degree will be an added advantage between 3 to 5 years experience in a related role or related environment(food and beverage production).
• A strong technical ability to manage water production piant facility.
• Sound process business acumen and ability to influence main cost drivers to achieve set objectives.
• Strong computer skills combined with a well-developed oral written communication skills.
• A strong desire to coach and develop others by sharing skills and knowledge through practical guidance.
