A reputable Investment Bank is opening a new Branch in Kumasi and is looking for suitable candidates to fill 2 Sales & Marketing roles.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The suitable candidates will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales and will have the following responsibilities:

• Proactively selling and marketing Company products and services.
• Planning, developing and delivering presentations, mounting marketing desks, giving talk on products and services within agreed time frame.
• Initiating and developing business line support of the Head of Department
• Acting on directives of the Head of Department as may be assigned on sales and marketing efforts as well as in furtherance of business development.
• Handling Client Service concerns
• Handling follow ups in sales and marketing of Company products and services.
• Maintaining and developing positive relationships that will increase the market share for the company.
• Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree preferably in Marketing from a reputable institution
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years post National Service relevant work experience in a similar corporate environment.
• Must have GSE certification
• Possession of excellent presentation skills
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possession of a high sense of integrity
• Possession of excellent problem solving skills
• Possession of excellent selling skills and a proven records in sales
• Must be a team player
