SUMMARY OF MAIN AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Personal Assistant will report to the Managing Directors.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree will be an added advantage
• Must have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent managerial & leadership skills
• Strong decision-making ability
• A Professional demeanor with proven work experience as a personal assistant
• Highly responsible,organized, able to work independently and pay strong attention to detail
• Must be highly confidential
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
