THE USAID FOCUS REGION HEALTH PROJECT (FRHP)
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The USAID Focus Regions Health Project (FRHP) is a USAID funded project that strengthens access to quality and use of maternal, newborn and child health services and family planning in the Central, Greater Accra and Western regions.

Focus Region Health Project works with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Ghana Health Service (GHS) to improve the health of women and children in these three regions.

The activities of FRHP also include procurement of basic hospital equipment for furnishing, diagnostic, clinical and laboratory services.

FRHP is therefore soliciting qualified Procurement Agent to pick up RFP to bid for eventual supply of the equipment.

•  Interested Vendors may pick up the bidding document from the office of FRHP on or before 7 November, 2012.
•  Interested Vendors should ensure that they have the following documents before picking up the bid document
a) Company Registration Certificate
b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c) VAT Certificate
•  Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 and in the Guidelines of the USAID rules and regulations.
