Chemonics International, an international development firm based in Washington,D.C seeks specialists for a 3-year USAID-funded Case Tracking system project in Ghana. The purpose of this project is to develop a prosecuting criminal case tracking system (CTS) to support the government of Ghana in effectively investigating and prosecuting criminal cases.

We are recruiting for the following position: Institutional Capacity Building Specialist

Responsibilities

• Will ensure adequate oversight for the development and implementation of a case tracking system within select Justice Sector Institutions
• Will focus on strengthening government of Ghana capacity and systems and structures of justice sector institutions

Qualification Required & Experience

• Law degree is preferred
• Fluency in English is required
• Should have strong experience in organizational and institutional capacity building
• Must be familiar with the Ghanaian judicial system and sector, including prisons, police departments, courts and prosecutors
