Job Vacancy For Enterprise Sales Account Managers
A reputable ICT company is looking to employ Enterprise Sales Account Managers for its sales division
OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB
This role is responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objective. Identify marketplace opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, proposing solutions, forecasting and closing sales. Engaging new clients, developing proposals, and managing of contract processes to meet Company’s standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients
• Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
• Prepare and present proposals to corporate decision makers, build interactive components for all renewal and new business proposals, build interactive presentations that outline product features, and benefits
• Build solid pipelines and provide accurate sales forecast
• Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and developing proposals.
Required Skills or Experience
A highly innovative, proactive individual, who is able to handle varied tasks and has the ability to communicate complicated technical issues.
Should have
• Must have prior sales / marketing experience working with an ISP/ICT related company
• Working knowledge of corporate institutions in Ghana
• Prior experience in a sales role with a proven track record of sales achievement
• Have strong skills in proposal formulation, report writing, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to speak French is an added advantage.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A good first degree/HND in Marketing/ Sales or equivalent Professional qualification
• With a minimum of 3 years working experience in a related field.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Strong background in MS office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Be a team player and target driven
• Show initiative and be able to work under pressure
• Ability to liaise with Senior level Corporate Executives
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Target driven individual, fast learner and ability to adapt to changes
• Ability to work under little or no supervision and under pressure
• Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision
