Qualification Required & Experience

• Bsc. Tech / Bsc. Engineering - Mechanical/Refrigeration & Air conditioning
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development preferably in HVAC / Air conditioning
• Should have experience in Technical / Projects sales in HVAC industry preferably in VRF & Ducted systems
• Heat Load Calculation, Prepare Tender / techno-commercial offer,
• Generate sales enquiries, submit techno-commercial offer, follow up & closing the sale, advance payment collection
• Ability to build relations with consultants & architects to generate new business
• Appoint and develop new dealers & contractors
• Find & develop good suppliers / vendors for installation materials
• Market mapping and identifying new business segments / avenues.
• Co-ordinate with Planning / Designing team for preparation of initial drawing
• Working knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD & MS Project
• Good communication & presentation skills
