A reputable and leading rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking to recruit qualified persons to fill the following position: Branch Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good first degree from a recognized institution / preferably in sales and marketing and sales / marketing
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in branch operations in a rural banking environment or any financial institution
• An MBA qualification will be an added advantage
• Applicants with MBA need a minimum of 3 years working experience

Requirements

• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in periodic prudential returns preparation
• Working knowledge in Bankmill Banking software application
• Ability to instil discipline among staff
• Knowledge in computer applications relevant to the rural banking environment
