Job Vacancy For Accounts Officer
A reputable company in the Greater Accra Region is seeking to recruit qualified persons to fill the following position: Accounts Officer
Duties
• Preparation of monthly management account.
• Prepare payroll, SSNIT and tax returns
• Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, income, expenditure records
• Preparations of cash book, journals, general ledgers and budget.
• Prepare process and verify invoices, bills, cheques and receipts
• Management of the organisation's debtors and creditors
• Summarises current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports for management
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc. Accounting / HND Accounting
• Must be proficient in Financial Reporting, Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, Numerate, Computer literate
• A minimum of 3 years working experience is required.
• A member of ICAG/ACCA will be an advantage
