Job Vacancy For Protocol & Administrative Officer
The Tema Development Corporation (TDC) is a public institution created in 1952 to plan, develop and manage the township of Tema. TDC, a leader and a facilitator of estate development in this country.
Reports To:
• Functionally to the Managing Director and Administratively to the Head of HR & Administration.
Job Summary:
• Handle Protocol duties including print media on behalf of the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and orchestrate V.I.P visits, ceremonies, meetings and special events.
• Provide administrative and research support for senior leadership which includes maintaining records and filing of important reference documents of high confidentiality.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/Public Relations or Marketing
• A minimum of three years relevant experience
• Communication skills (both oral and writing)
• Analytical skills
• IT skills
• Must have sound knowledge in Photojournalism
• Interpersonal skills
