The Office of the Head of the Local Government Service (OHLGS) is inviting applications from suiably qualified Ghanaians to fill vacant position in the Local Government Service (OHLGS, Co-ordinating Councils, Municipal and District Assemblies) as follows:

Job Title: Assistant Statistician (Serial no. OHLGS 5)

• Job Purpose: To provide technical advice and operational support for the implementation of the activities of the Department.
• Accountability: The Assistant Statistician shall report to the Head of Department/ Unit.
• Remuneration: The Assistant Statistician is a graduate (first degree) entry position with salary level SSSP 16L and other attractive fringe benefits.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Demography, Population Studies, Geography, Sociology and Development Planning from a recognized university.

Location: Accra
