A full service content driven production house is seeking a productive & experienced:

1. Film / Video Editor
2. Film / Assistant Video Editor

You will be joining a team of video professionals, comprised of other editors, creative directors, writers, producers and designers, who collectively work to develop content. This consists of branded content, long and short-form episodic programming, digital shorts, and motion graphics

You will play a role in both the technical and editorial side of programming and collaborate with a like-minded team of artists and story architects to enlighten, entertain and inspire audiences

Qualification Required & Experience

• 4 to 6 years of work experience in a post-production, agency or broadcast environment
• Experience with deadline-oriented short form and long-form programming, across multiple platforms
• Strong working knowledge of editing and graphics applications, including the Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with character-driven stories and the ability to identify/develop compelling episodic narratives and story arcs for branded non-fiction videos
• Experience in a digital broadcast environment a plus
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
• Responsible for editing compilations and original content
• Working with Producer to lock final cut
• Responsible for all brand asset, making sure they are updated and organised
• Making sure that the templates for shows are up to date, organised and easily accessible by any teammate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence participating in ideation sessions and providing creative counsel to account executives and clients
• Strong organization and media management skills
• Proficiency in basic audio mixing and color correction
• Ability to supervise and direct post-production vendors such as voice talent, special effects artists, colorists, audio engineers and or other editors
• Familiarity with motion graphics and after effects a plus
• Responsible for server organization
• Must have substantial knowledge of Mac and Windows OS
