The GES section is situated on a 25 acre land located on the Anyinam - Obuasi road and the British curriculum unit is at the North Mine section of the Obuasi Mine

Overall Job Purpose

The school seeks a suitable Executive Director to lead the School by ensuring high standards of academic excellence in well-rounded and holistic educational programmes and inspire a community of life-long learners through the leadership and management of the staff, growth and financial sustainability to the school and supporting the vision, core values and strategic aims

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or Behavioral Sciences
• Graduate Degree in Education Management
• Certificate of competence of professional education
• Certificate of competence of international education

Knowledge, skills & experience required

• Significant experience of academic and strategic leadership of schools with a proven ability to promote international mindedness in staff and students
• Ability to inspire and unite students, staff and parents through being an involved and visible presence on campus
• Strong people management and professional development competencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Understanding of school enrollment strategies and the relationships within a organizational business model
• Experience of managing school budgets and financial management
• Good understanding of national education policies, legislation and compliance
