Job Title: Shop Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee branch, integrate business processes to enhance sales and profitability and manage branch personnel

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant area with at least 5 years work experience in management or supervisory role
• A 2nd Degree would be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, computer and presentation skills
• A deep understanding of the retail business operations and the industry
• Ability to drive business development function
• Trustworthy patient and a good relationship builder
• Ability to set and manage own priorities and co-ordinate team functions
