Job Title: Business Development Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Lead in crafting and implementing business development strategies, providing leadership to teams and managing overall business performance

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum 1st Degree with in a related discipline
• At least 7 years work experience in related area and management. 2nd Degree would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skilss required to analyse sales trends and develop strategies to optimise sales
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate activities of the various sections
• A deep understanding of the retail business operations and the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams to achieve organisational goals
• Result-oriented individual with a proven history
