Our company is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following roles in the operational Department: Licensed Aircraft Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for the safe performance of preventive of preventive and reactive aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved technical documentation, company and regulatory requirements

• Inspection and performance of maintenance on airframe and power plant systems
• Certifying scheduled maintenance activity on aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policy
• Conduct of troubleshooting and defect rectification on aircraft in accordance with manufacturer and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining technical records of maintenance activity on aircraft and other required paperwork
• Assuring the continuing airworthiness of the fleet
• Carrying out other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Director of maintenance

Qualification Required & Experience

• Valid ICAO Type II Aircraft maintenance engineer's license-EASA or B1/B2 preferred
• Holder of at least one authorization
• Minimum of 12 years months working on the bombardier Q400 or Dash 8 series or similar turboprop aircraft
• At least 5 years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
• Must be willing to work shifts and away from the home base to cover prevailing flight schedules
