Our company is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following roles in the operational Department: Experienced Cabin Crew

Role Purpose Statement

• Accountable to cabin Crew Manager and responsible for the safety of passengers on the aircraft from the time when they board the aircraft to the time they alight after the flight
• Cabin crew are responsible at all times to the captain who has complete authority on board

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Adhere to Ghana civil Aviation regulations and company policies as they pertain to the cabin crew
• Report any and all activities which could adversely affect passenger passenger safety to appropriate in-flight on daily operations
• Communicate regularly with in-flight on daily operations
• Co-ordinate on-board activity with pilot in command during flight duty

Qualification Required & Experience

• Previous experience as Cabin crew with at least 2 year of flying
• Minimum age of 21 years. Maximum age of 35 years
• Holds a valid GCAA medical class 2 certificates and cabin crew license
• Swim at least 25m length
• A minimum of 5feet 5 inches tall without shoes on tip toe
• Weight 70kgs
• A type rating on Dash 8 Q400 will be an advantage

• The ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with difficult passengers

• Good color vision and hearing
• Ability to work in a team
• Provides active leadership whilst on duty, both on and off the aircraft
