We play an integral role in the financial services industry by providing IT solutions and support specifically in the payments systems area. We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and experienced individuals as: Head of Operations Technology

Core Areas of Responsibility

Reporting to the General Manager of Technology & Operations, you will

• Support the translation of the company's strategic goals into operational plans to achieve the required targeted operational and performance measures
• Ensure that agreed business strategy, priorities and targets are implemented efficiently through the various services of the company and ensure that systems are in place to enable and support our clients and partners
• Oversee the daily activities of the operation team, setting goals that promote overall growth
• Ensure that support of the company's services to our partners (on-boarding, incident management) are delivered efficiently and consistently in line with defined SLAs, policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance of the operations team will all policies and procedures relating to security, health and safety, influencing changes where necessary to meet statutory and regulatory requirements, whilst ensuring maximum performance and minimum risk to staff members and the business
• Maintain and constantly develop innovative and efficient performance measures, monitoring operational performance of services to achieve agreed targets

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. A Master's in Computer Science will be an advantage
• 5 years experience in an Operations, Production or Service role, a minimum of 3 years of which must have been at management level preferably in the financial services sector
• Experience in IT Business Process Design, Advanced Networking and Database Administration would also be an advantage

• In-depth knowledge of banking business functions and principles and the industry's legal rules and guidelines
