A leading investment banking firm in Accra seeks to recruit for the position of: Head of Asset Management

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement the firm's Asset Management policies and strategy
• Monitor and report on performance to optimise the value of the asset portfolio
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to the investment committee on asset management, valuation anf growth to influence organisational decisions and initiatives
• Effectively manage client assets according to their investment preferences
• Oversee the creation, maintenance and management of Asset and Liability client portfolios
• Research relevant markets and appropriate instruments to determine suitable investment options
• Develop business to facilitate growth of asset portfolio
• Manage pension funds and collective investment scheme (mutual fund)

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any business related field
• Have 3 to 5 years working experience in investment banking, including asset management experience
• Strong financial background and analytical skills
• Extremely organised, detail-oriented and capable to lead them
• Skills in business development and results-driven
