Job Description
• First point of contact to the Director.
• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Organizing events, conferences and taking minutes
• Liaising with clients and other staff
• Any other secretarial duties for the Director.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Admin, Social Science, Humanities or related field with 3 years’ experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
