Job Vacancy For HR Manager
Our client a leading FMCG company in Alcoholic beverages now requires the services of HR Manager.
Job Summary
• Develop & implement HR policies, practices, processes and procedures for all businesses
• Manage all staff life cycle activities across businesses e.g. appointments, probations, promotions, demotions, disciplinary actions, terminations/dismissals by ensuring that all HR policies are observed
• Serves as a contact for employees. Answers questions regarding policies and procedures. Assists in resolving personnel-related problems.
• Administer the Time Management records and issues related thereof
• Ensure preparation statutory requirements and data for both internal reporting and legislative returns. Ensure proper inputs are provided for the preparation of Monthly payroll
Qualification Required & Experience
• A University Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources within FMCG beverages
• Excellent negotiation and people skills
