This job vacancy has arisen due to growth within the team and, therefore, requires additional support

Your role:

You will be working within a small office based team with a motivated workforce assisting the managing director with administration duties across all areas of business, including staff administration,financial admin, data management and compliance admin.

Duties include but not limited to:

Collating and communicating accurate data, following policies and procedures to ensure all compliance documentation is up to date, payroll processing, staff rota, absense management, first point of contact for all queries from internal and external customers, all purchasing and procurement while managing the budget and HR elements.

• What you need to succeed
• A successful Admin Manager will have excellent organizational skills, a motivated attitude dedicated to complete tasks efficiently and work independently as part of a team
• Previous experience in administration and be able to interact with a wide range of customers
• Be able to prioritise and allocate your time efficiently
• Able to work autonomously while ensuring tasks are completed to the highest quality
• Excellent IT skills, numeracy, literacy and have experience working with Microsoft packages. You should also be at least University educated in a relevant subject
