Sourcing Associate wanted for immediate employment by JLP (Ghana) Engineering Solutions

Description Of Job

•  Review clients’ job specifications with a view to comprehend definite requirements of the vacant position in order to source the most suitable profiles.
•  Screen CVs and identify the most suitably qualified candidates for specific vacancies.
•  Undertake interviews with prospective candidates in a bid to obtain relevant information related to the vacancy in question.
•  Verify key qualifications and experiences of shortlisted candidates.
•  Complete evaluation forms for shortlisted candidates, where required, for submission to client.
•  Format CVs to standard specification prior to submission to client.
•  Assist in the management of manpower database.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  BSc. Business Administration (Human Resource Management)
•  Must have graduated NOT earlier than 2010
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Team player
