An investment Banking Firm in Accra seeks to recruit for the position of: Head of Business Development

Key Accountabilities

• Execute firm business development and marketing strategy to build key customer relationships and services and monitor client's satisfaction
• Develop and execute sustainable customer retention strategies, maintaining high customer service delivery
• Head and manage the Business Development and Marketing Department to achieve set targets
• Actively participate in customer service delivery through client investment advisory activities and ensure target attainment

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• A Master's Degree in an added advantage
• At least 3 years of Business Development or Marketing experience in Senior management within the financial market
• Must demonstrate strong presentation, negotiation, selling and team management skills
• Organized and result-driven with strong business development skills
