The Department of Earth Science, University of Ghana seeks applications for the position of a Lecturer in Engineering Geology. A suitably qualified candidate would be employed immediately to start immediately as a Lecturer in the department.

Qualification Required & Experience

• The suitable candidate should have a BSc in Geology, Earth Science or related fields and PhD in Engineering Geology, Geological Engineering or related area from a reputable University with at least 3 years of post-PhD experience in industry or the academia.
• The candidate must demonstrate capacity to develop projects and attract research grants and train graduate students in the area of Engineering Geology.
• He/She should demonstrate capacity to promote his field through publications in reputable journals of significant impact factors.
