Roles and Responsibilities

• To lead the department in all corporate legal affairs with key processes that relate to litigation, legal drafting, negotiation and commercial settlement agreements.

Qualification Required & Experience

• 1st Degree, MBA or LLM in Maritime Law
• Must be a member in good standing of the Ghana Bar Association
• A lawyer who has been called to the Ghana Bar with a minimum of 15 years working experience

Person Specification:

• Must have demonstrate track record of litigation at the Superior courts of judicature in Ghana, ability to lead negotiations and complex high value contracts and agreements.
• Should have the ability to remedy complex legal cases without inviting the services of external legal assistance
