A financial institution in Adabraka, Accra seeks to recruit for the position of: Business Development Officer

Duties

• Executive firm business development marketing strategy to build key customer relationships and services and monitor client's satisfaction
• Prospect and mobilise to increase deposits and market share
• Develop and execute sustainable customer retention strategies, maintaining high customer service delivery
• Actively participate in customer service delivery through client investment advisory activities and ensure target attainment

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years Business Development or Marketing experience within the financial market
• Organized and results driven with strong business development skills
• Strong network with investors
• Ability to drive is an advantage
