Job Description

• Assist in marketing and enrolment of scheme members
• Compile member regulatory records
• Coordinate Trustee meetings
• Advise members on rules and benefits in the retirement scheme
• Coordinate claims and Benefits settlement.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum 3years work experience
• Experience in customer service skills will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Pensions and retirement schemes is an advantage
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and Database administration will be required
• Minimum of first degree in Social Science, Business related subject or Humanities
