Job Title: School Principal

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in Education with at least 15 years of post qualification teaching experience and at least 7 years working experience as an Administrator / Principal. Post graduate qualification will be an advantage
• Human resource management qualification or related training will be an advantage. Must have excellent communication (oral and written) and people-skills, must have demonstrated leadership skills and should be a team player.
• Candidate should be able to initiate and implement measures to continually improve quality of teaching
• Familiarity also with the Cambridge International curriculum wil be a plus
