The Investment and Wealth Advisory Services arm of BEIGE invites applications from suitably qualified persons to appoint as: Senior Research Analyst

Job Summary

• Prepare reports tracking the performances of the Ghana Stock exchanges that impact financial and investment decisions
• Investigate and prepare equity specific reports on companies listed on the stock market OTC equities
• Assist in the valuation and performances of securities advising on the actions to take as to hold, buy or sell
• Prepare financial due diligence on SALs, MFIs, Banks, and other placement house to aid investment decisions
• Assist in the analysis of budgets and their immediate and future impact on the investment and financing decisions
• Assist in the preparation of offer documents to raise funds from the primary or secondary equity and fixed income analysis to aid investment committees decision

Qualification Required & Experience

• Not less than 3 years working experience in related positions in an investment bank
• MPhil, MBA or EMBA in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics or Finance
• GSE Certificate
• Membership of a professional body is an advantage

• Good financial modeling knowledge
• Advance knowledge in excel
• Must have passion for research activities and statistics
• Working knowledge of SEC, GSE and FIC regulations
