Responsibilities

• Planning all phases of the project and ensure completion of the project within specified period
• Supervision of the works to ensure the works are in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Supervising and managing labor on site
• Optimum use of materials on site to avoid waste
• Complying with all rules and regulations governing the site

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must be a registered contractor
• Prospective Contractor should be capable of raising a performance bond
• Interested contractors should attach their profile and should include the following:

O Letter of intent
O Works Undertaken in the past years (May include pictures)
O Key Workers (Site Workers)
