Job Specifications

• Develop and execute sustainable customer service strategies to maintain high customer service delivery and retention
• Work with team to develop business through investments
• Supervise and manage the business development and marketing unit to achieve set targets
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a first Degree in Economics, Business Management or any related area with at least 5 years of relevant experience or a relevant MBA with at least 5 years of experience in a financial institution/investment banking
