Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified individuals for appointment as Plant Maintenance Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop, Maintain and implement maintenance programmes
• Utilize technical skills in trouble shooting, adjusting and repairing of equipment
• Ensure that safety, health & environmental policies are maintained and followed
• Prepare reports analysis data and make recommendations for improving the plant operation
• Validate and authorize standard operating procedures for all maintenance activities
• Maintain positive control of the maintenance budget and actively participate in requests for new equipment
• Stay up to date with management best practices and concepts
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide clear sense of direction and focus

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• A member of Ghana Institute of Engineers
• A Post-Graduate qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is an added advantage
• 3 to 5 years as Maintenance Team Leader
• Proven managerial experience
