The Golden Beach Hotels (GH Ltd), Parent company of three reputable Ghanaian owned Hotels located in Greater Accra, Central and Western Regions is seeking to recruit the following positions:

Job Title: Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the financial systems and procedure of all departments and up-to-date assets register of the hotel
• Prepare financial statements and reports for the Corporate Management, Hotel and Tax authorities
• Ensure that accounting systems and procedures aid the provision of appropriate management information at a minimum cost, and shall assist in advising on financial matters relating to financial planning and procedures
• Manage the funds of the hotel and keep the hotel solvent by providing sufficient sources of finance to meet all likely contingencies
• Undertake periodic review of financial policies in relation to the overall company plans and priorities to ensure optimum harnessing of resources of the hotel
• Provide financial information to aid management in decision-making particularly in budgeting, and budgetary control, costing and pricing, analysis and interpretation of financial statements and debtors/creditors age analysis

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option) or Banking and Finance and/or professional accounting qualification
• e.g ACCA, ICA, CPA, An MBA in Finance would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years relevant post qualification experience and currently occupies a similar position
