Job Description
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Qualification Required & Experience
• An HND is needed with 4 years relevant professional experience. Applicants must have good human relations.
Salary: 1400 to 1700
