A well reputable company with its partnership in the USA is seeking to employ the services of the following professionals: IT Support Officer

Job Summary

• The office will be responsible for the general IT support for the company, providing basic maintenance of servers, working closely with the systems administrator, networking projects and issues, installing new IT equipment and software, troubleshooting level 1 and 2 issues, providing face-to-face and remote IT support

Qualification Required & Experience

• University Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years working as IT Support Officer
• Experience supporting Windows environments and active directory, router and switch administration, installation and configuration of software and hardware, internet technologies and MS - Office tools
• Proven ability to problem solve
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload
