A company engaged in the garmet industry is having vacancy for the above position: Deputy Managing Director

Job Responsibilities / Requirements

• Provide leadership and vision to the organisation by assisting the CEO and staff with the development of short, medium and long-term plans and with the evaluation and reporting of progess on plans
• Responsible for the preparation of a monthly, semi-annual and annual report summarizing progress on short and long-term plans
• Responsible for the recruitment and contracting of key company staff
• Responsible for employee department and training
• Responsible for the development and documentation of all company policies
• Responsible for the preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit
• Ensure the development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management

Qualification Required & Experience

• Candidate must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Administration (Finance Option) with at least 5 years experience in the manufacturing sector or related work.

OR

• BSc Admin (Finance option) with 10 years experience in the manufacturing sector
• Must have excellent financial modeling skills
