Job Purpose

• Supervise all branch activities within the Bank's policy and ensuring the branch delivers reliable, quality and timely services to clients at the least cost, whilst delivering branch sales targets and maximizing customer services standards.

Job Description

• Ability to handle all branch operations within company standards
• Identifying / solving arising problems
• Ensuring quality / efficient employee work
• Meeting goals & Objectives
• Marketing branch to external clients
• Promote & market the bank's products and source for new sales opportunities

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree and or MBA from a recognised University
• Strong selling and analytical skills
• Above 30 years
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 5 years working experience
