Key Responsibilities

•  Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
•  Ensure proper control of inventory levels and records by conducting periodic stocktaking and reconciling with system data with the aim of eliminating stock variances
•  Maintain health and safefy standards, hygiene and security in the work environment
•  Ensure efficient operation and management of the company's warehouse facilities
•  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, study existing and new legislation, enforce adherence to requirements and advise management on needed actions.

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum of 1st Degree with at least 8 years post qualification relevant work experience. Experience in automated warehouse operations will be an advantage

Competencies

•  Possession of Excellent Customer Service Skills
•  Possession of a high sense of integrity
•  Knowledge of stores management
•  Knowledge of relevant legislation regulating warehouse management
•  Computer Literacy
