Yara Ghana was established in 2007 to strengthen the quality and depth of input supply and related services along agricultural value chains to increase the productivity of Ghanaian farmers.

Yara Ghana is looking for a Bagging Machine Operator to join it’s team. The position will be based at our Tema Terminal and will report to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Operates production systems and machinery at the committed process and safety standards to meet production objectives. Informs Shift Manager when substandard performance is detected and when the problem fixed.

Qualification Required & Experience

Profile

• A minimum of five (5) years working experience in a similar role in a production/manufacturing environment.
• First degree or HND in Mechanical/Electrical or Production management from a recognized Institution.
• The candidate should be able to communicate well both in writing and oral English. Report writing and working with checklists are critical activities for the role.
• The candidate needs to have good attention to detail and must possess very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Candidate needs to be computer literate- Knowledge of MS Office suite is critical for this role.
